Kitana Lur was participating in our videos about two years ago, and she enjoyed it so much that she has been working out hard and started to learn martial arts since then. You will notice the difference, she is more muscular and toned, and she is indeed a great fighter now, we can say that probably one of the best around, she reminds us of Tia.
