I was out and about in my high heel mules for too long today. My feet need a break now. I sit down on the sofa and quickly let my mules dangle from my soles. I take the mules off and massage my feet and legs myself. One leg massages the other leg. That feels good! Now I can relax! I run one foot along the other leg.
