Mitzi is Madam Cat's slave girl and she constantly disobeys her mistress. Right now Madam Cat came home and found Mitzi on the sofa, in her socks and shirt! But she is barred to wear socks and shirts to she'd be always ready for a quick foot whipping. But she messed that up now, didn't she? It's time to teach her a lesson. Madam Cat orders her to take off her shirt and socks, she ties her up and punishes her by whipping her bare soles. Mitzi is really hurting, she's screaming and suffering but that's what she needs to get to learn her place and her status. She's a slave to Madam Cat and that's how it is! If she'll do well in today's lesson she might even be allowed to kiss Madam Cat's bare feet. That'a all she deserves anyway.
